What's the difference between models?

PARADISE COMPACT

  • Built on Vauxhall Vivaro/Renault Trafic SWB
  • Pop-top roof generally, although a factory high roof is available too.
  • Sleeping is in the centre section, lengthways along the vehicle, including the front seats, as two single beds, or with central insert as a double.
  • Has a central table on stalk-mount with four seats around it.

PARADISE TWIN

  • Built on Vauxhall Vivaro/Renault Trafic LWB
  • Pop-top roof generally, although a factory high roof is available too.
  • Sleeping is in the centre section, lengthways along the vehicle, including the front seats, as two single beds, or with central insert as a double.
  • Has a central table on stalk-mount with four seats around it.

VW CALEDONIA SWB

  • Built on a VW Transporter T5 SWB with 'classic' side-kitchen layout.
  • This conversion has two single front seats as a rule, but it can be done with factory front seats, giving an extra belted seat.
  • Pop-top roof generally, although we have built high-roof versions.
  • Rock-and-roll type folding seat bed at the back, either one with 2 or 3 belts, or a seat unit which allows extra storage at the rear.
  • The passenger seat swivels, and the table is generally on sliding rail on kitchen units.
  • The driver's seat can also swivel if required.

VW CALEDONIA LWB

  • Built on a VW Transporter T5 LWB with 'classic' side-kitchen layout.
  • This conversion has three single front seats with a bench seat behind them.
  • Pop-top roof generally, although we have built high-roof versions.
  • Rock-and-roll type folding seat bed at the back, either one with 2 or 3 belts, or a seat unit which allows extra storage at the rear.
  • The driver's seat can swivel if required.

MANHATTAN SWB

  • Built on a Vivaro/Trafic SWB with one or two swivel front seats, and rock-and-roll bed to rear.
  • It has two single front seats as a rule, but can be done with factory front seats, giving an extra belted seat.
  • Generally pop-top, although a factory high roof is possible.
  • Similar in layout to VW Caledonia.

MANHATTAN LONG-WHEELBASE MPV

  • Built on a Vivaro/Trafic retaining the factory double + single seats at the front, giving five belted seats, or even six with extra lapbelt to rear centre position for occasional use.
  • Generally pop-top, although a factory high roof is possible.
  • Ottoman seat with storage under fitted behind factory front seats, with same cabinetry as Manhattan SWB.
  • Gives a great seating area in the rear for a family of 5 or even 6.
  • A small child could sleep on the ottoman, as they could across the cab seats too... so could even sleep six with two in roof bed too.

CAMPERCAR NV200

  • This is a Nissan NV200 conversion with pop-top, in classic 'side-kitchen' style, but miniaturised to suit the much smaller vehicle.
  • Generally most suitable for a couple.
  • A classic campervan in a small package.
  • Good for daily driving with great economy and maneuverability.
  • Four for travel; sleeps two – but it's possible to add a roof bed to allow for an occasional child to sleep.
